Our specialty is taking on the administrative and day to day operation of our clients investment/second home providing value-added hands-on industry experience and services including, but not limited to, STA Licensing, marketing the property, staging and photography services, 24/7 service, communication, cleaning and property maintenance, and scheduling qualified guests. What sets up apart

  • No contracts- if you feel renting your home is no longer serving you, you are welcome to end our services at any time. (although we have never encountered this.) We want our owners to feel secure and happy with their home. and its purpose. We will remove your listing, clean the property and return keys. 
  • Small portfolio- We keep a limited number of rentals and do not take every opportunity that comes our way. This ensures we are able to better serve our clients, guests and communities.
  • Flexible Scheduling- Our owners are able to use their property as much as they want, There is no cap or minimum number of days that need to be available for renting. 
  • Respect and understanding- ViaHaus will respect and understand your wishes and wants for the property. We will never accept, move or decline a booking to better serve ourselves, instead always focus on bookings that serve the home and community.
